Over the past thirteen years, Monique Lhuillier's fabulous fantasy dresses been spotted at celebrity weddings, including Kevin Costner's wife Christine Baumgartner and Ali Landry. The designing duo behind Monique Lhullier—Monique and her husband Tom Bugbee—have just unveiled a new line of more affordable wedding dresses called Bliss, consisting of 15 styles which will be available worldwide.
